We’re not done adding on to our team yet! Here’s a little about Susan Sack, our new Customer Service Manager.

The picture is with my cat – Shadow. She’s my baby. Not an overly social cat – in fact unless you are immediate family – forget it! I love her though. It would be fun to bring her to work – but she’d “tear it up” with a few of the canine’s around here – and it would not be pretty
How long have you been working for case-mate? What is your new role?
I have been here 2 weeks and 2 days now. I am the Cusotmer Service Manager.
What did you do before coming to case-mate?
I was the Customer Care Manager for an educational software company.
What phone do you currently use? Love it or hate it?
Currently, I have a Samsung Black Jack II. It’s a love – hate relationship.
What was your first cell phone?
Wow — let’s see if I can remember. I think it was lile the Nokia 5165?? Ugh – completely dating myself!
What features do you look for in a case?
Sytlish yet durable – I am tough on my phone!
What’s your favorite case?
Well – there is no case made for my wonderful Black Jack II (This is the hate part of the relationship). My favorite case in the case-mate line – hmmm, tough to choose! I am torn between the Turtle (green/gray) and the Barely There (any color!). I can’t wait to get a new phone so I can show off my favorite cases!
Where is the craziest / funniest place or situation your phone has ever been in?
Can’t say that anything crazy or funny has really ever happened with my phone.
Favorite website or news-source?
Usually I just hit CNN.com for a quick catch up on the news of the day.
Guilty pleasures?
Curling up on the couch with a good book and a glass of wine on a rainy day… pure heaven.
What can’t you live without?
Morning – I need my coffee and am not human without it. Other than that – I am not a “must have” kinda girl.
When you’re not working at case-mate, what do you do with your spare time?
I am the quintessential soccer mom. My kids are teenagers and only my son plays anymore so it is a little less hectic – but we still spend alot of time following the bouncing soccer ball from event to event. For the last 10 years our weekends and vacations have pretty much been defined by soccer venues and tournaments. We have made great friends travelling with our soccer families over the years. With a daughter in college now and a son in HS – our soccer days are numbered. I am looking forward to re-defining what spare time means.
