Whoa… This story blew our minds!!! We hear some pretty unbelievable stories about cell phones being saved by case-mate cases, but we’ve never heard a story about a case saving a case-mate customer before.

What an AWESOME Monday morning! Not only is it sunny and almost 50 degrees here in Atlanta, but our inboxes were filled with good news from the weekend.
First, we found out we won an FWA – a Favourite Website Award for IMakeMyCase.com. The awards are judged based on design, navigation, graphics, content and personality, and we’re honored to have been recognized!
We also received some updates on the review samples we sent out to our January product reviewers: it sounds like everyone is liking our new cases!
Today, Wired came out with the ultimate story of iPhone survival: the story of filmmaker Dan Woolley who used iPhone apps to survive for 64 hours while buried in rubble. The voice of the critics: “How did he make his iPhone last for 64 hours?”
Well, there’s been plenty of speculation on whether he had extra battery packs and nothing’s been officially released on how he made his battery last so long, but we at case-mate know one way he could have made that battery last: the case-mate Fuel battery charger.
Well, we weren’t in Hollywood last week, but we did see stars like Lady Gaga, Tommy Lee and Ron Jeremy while we were at CES in Las Vegas. We did, however, make it onto a few videos ourselves!
