My name is Lisa Diederich and I currently live in Indianapolis, IN. I work as an Account Executive for the advertising agency Bradley and Montgomery, developing unique integrated campaigns, experiential marketing, digital destinations, and online content for major national brands. I’m also an artist, creating and selling abstract paintings through my website

What phone do you currently use? Love it or hate it?
I have an iPhone 3G, and love it. My job is all about the client relationships I build, so I’m never without my phone and computer. I also travel to the west coast a lot, so the iPhone has been a great way to check work email quickly and also stay in touch with everyone back home!

How did you first hear about case-mate?
I discovered case-mate through an online search looking for a normal iPhone case. I was so frustrated with the store selections because every case was bulky, overworked and neon green. I just wanted a simple black case!

What are your favorite case-mate products and why?
My first case was the Smooth Case in black. This was definitely the best hard case I found out of all my searches. The material is really nice and it protects my phone perfectly! I also love the Barely There cases. I have one in purple and black!

What features do you look for in a case?
Serious protection from scratches and that the case material itself doesn’t scratch. I also want my case to be thin, and not awkward or uncomfortable to hold.

Are there any other products that you would like to see case-mate offer?
I would love to see patterns or designs on the Barely There cases!

I own the Albany, NY EcoMaids location and I’m Vice President of EcoMaids Franchisor LLC. I work 16 hours+ everyday – most of which is spent on the phone or behind my computer…which means, I totally live on my iPhone – and an awesome case is a must. I love my iPhone, of course I have ungrateful moments when I believe it should be faster or do something more than it does – but all in all it’s the greatest invention yet.

How did you first hear about case-mate?
First heard of case-mate – it was so long ago I don’t even remember, maybe it was on slickdeals.net (love that site). I know that I found case-mate within about a month of the first ever iPhone coming out – that was when I transitioned for the first time into a smartphone and started looking for cases. As soon as I found case-mate I was in love – the videos, descriptions, great pricing, super frequent specials – everything! It’s a fantastic one stop shop for cases – and I can’t believe everyone doesn’t already know about it! When the first Apple store employee looked at me blankly when I was throwing the name around I couldn’t believe he didn’t know about it! Now the new case-mate buyers that I meet in everyday life are almost as exciting to talk to as fellow tweeters.

What are your favorite case-mate products and why?
Fav products – haha, anything that fits my phone. I’m currently sporting the clear armour— and would like you to please start making the clear armour for my netbook now. I love the clear, invisible protection – but also love, love, love the barely there cases. I think the little circle cutout in back for the apple logo is neat and like the color varieties. I tend toward the silicone cases when I know I’ll be holding my phone for an extended period of time – like at a concert or something. I dress my phone like I dress myself in the morning – according to the activities I’ll be engaged in and of course the colors I’m wearing. I need more cases

What features do you look for in a case?
Features I look for in a case: must be able to charge; plug in headphones, dock, etc while phone is in case. Obviously I want it to protect the phone so I can toss in purse, or let it live in my lap while driving and be ok when I forget about it while exiting the vehicle. I don’t like cases that show my many fingerprints.

Tell us a little about yourself?
I’m a musician who wound up getting a ‘Real Job’ after the age of 45. Gigs died off and I got a great job in Retail. I still get the people interaction like when I was entertaining, but a more regular paycheck! I have 4 Pomeranians and my own house, so I don’t have to worry about mortgages this day and age.

I’m in the OC, Southern California, but have lived in Canada, and Northern Ireland for a number of years as well.

I’m Type 1 diabetic and use Social media a lot to connect with others who have interests in the medical field, Macs, iPhone developers in the hope of seeing a fully integrated diabetes monitoring system to connect with the iPhone. I was promised at the last WWDC and as yet, we haven’t seen it.

I was born three-months too early, and that prematurity resulted in incubator/oxygen damage to my eyes. I grew up legally blind (I see nearsightedly, but cannot drive, join the Services etc) and the iPhone is a boon to me.

What phone do you currently use? Love it or hate it?
Apple iPhone and I love it!! It has taken the place of a hefty laptop for when I’m out and about.

How did you first hear about case-mate?
I’m an accessory hound, and most of my work is finding the complete solution for customers and their iPhones. I’ve see case-mate items on others’ iPhones, and started to see the products more and more at AT&T and on websites.

Then when I got more into Social Media, Namely Twitter, I found Case_Mate on that and started to follow them, visit their links and so on.

What are your favorite case-mate products and why?
I like a really protective case, so ‘Back-snap-ons’ don’t send me. I’ve seen too many cracked screens and such from ‘Dressy’ cases, I go more for the Carbon-Fiber and Leather cases with a holster. I’m also looking forward to trying out a ‘smooth‘ or a Dockable style case from them.

What features do you look for in a case?
Chiefly, PROTECTION! Looks are nothing if your iPhone ‘baby’ can break or get damaged in very slim cases. I can paint and ‘bling’ the cases, Like I did with the case I’m holding in my Pic) and if the screen and all has a good ‘helmet’ I’m a happy soul

Are there any other products that you would like to see case-mate offer?
This will sound rather strange, but with about 10 million people in the USA/Canada who have some form of diabetes, I’d like to see attractive cases to hold our meters, lancet devices, test strips etc. Many of the meter cases are thin, utilitarian and not all that durable.

As beautiful as some of Case-Mate’s products are, I could see a generic, ‘pocketed pack’ about the size of a thin GPS case with nice exteriors being sell able/popular. Heck, with the TSA’s rules and all, ppl could use that for traveling with their little toiletries these days as well.

You have done some interesting case customizations. What inspired you to start that?
I’m not a “Pink” girl, not a ‘Fashionista’, but I do like individuality in my possessions. It may also be a practical move in the eyesight department that MY things stand out from the clutter of a tote, messenger bag, crowded tabletop etc. I can see *My* things right away HA HA!

People may get a chuckle out of my eccentricities, but these are based mainly in visual need. Also, at work, MY things have my mark on them so we all know ‘Oh, that’s Jenny’s case.’

How did you first hear about case-mate?
I was at BestBuy looking for a case and I found the Vroom case.  I wanted to see more options so I went onto your website and saw Clear Armor. In less than a week the Clear Armor was on my phone and I fell in love with it.

What are your favorite case-mate products and why?
My favorite products are Clear Armor, Barely There and the Carbon Fiber Case.
I like the Clear Armor because it does not sacrifice the looks of my phone. The Barely There because it comes in a lot of cool colors and the Carbon Fiber case because it looks very sporty!

What features do you look for in a case?
What I look for in a case is that it has to be durable and withstand everyday wear and tear damage.

Are there any other products that you would like to see case-mate offer?
I would like to see the Vroom case in more colors. Other than that, you guys have got all my bases covered.

I’m 37 years old and live in Ontario Canada. I’m Head Cook in a Chinese Restaurant and have been there for about 12 years. In addition to doing case review videos I also enjoy music (I sing), as well as cycling, movies, reading books, and tech stuff.

I’m currently using the iPhone 3GS 32GB. I upgraded from the iPhone 3G 8GB. I love it so much it’s become an extension of my hand. I’m turning into quite an Apple fan and am considering the purchase of a MacBook Pro in the future.

How did you first hear about case-mate?
I first heard about case-mate from watching YouTube case reviews for the iPhone by people like Carlos, itsmemorphious, as well as other reviewers.

What are your favorite case-mate products and why?
I am a big fan of the Smooth and Barely There cases, they provide very good protection and are slim and form fitting. They don’t add a lot of bulk to the phone but still provide good protection as well as coming in some very cool colors.

What features do you look for in a case?
I like cases that provide full coverage of my phone, including most of the chrome, without adding a lot of bulk or interfering with the touch screen. The Smooth is great for this, but I would like to see the sim card tray covered as well as some additional colors.

Are there any other products that you would like to see case-mate offer?
It would great if case-mate could offer the Barely There with a full covered back, no cutout for the Apple logo so the logo would not get scratched. Or the Naked case in clear with a full covered back.

You have a popular YouTube channel how did you get involved with doing case reviews?
I started doing case reviews about 8 months ago. Another well known reviewer made a video response video to help others start doing reviews and get noticed. After the first few videos, I was bitten by the reviewing bug and the rest is history. My channel has evolved into what it is now. I really enjoy doing reviews and getting feedback from my viewers as well as the companies whose products I am reviewing. It’s a great situation where  we can all help each other out.  Sharing our experiences with a certain product or company helps them improve their products.

First let me say I love all my case-mate products! Everything is very well made and very fashionable. case-mate offers a variety of products for me, which is a plus! Sometimes I need to look professional in my meetings and case-mate offers professional leather cases/pouches at very affordable prices and excellent quality. These are the times when I use case-mate’s signature leather combo. Then there are times where I am hanging out and want my iPhone to look a little relaxed, that’s where your barely there cases come in handy. case-mate offers a ton of fun colors which I can coordinate with my outfits. You know us women love to coordinate our accessories . I love the leather horizontal hipster, it offers your iPhone to go naked or cover it with a barely there case.

The things I look for in a case are quality & fashion.

Are there any other products that you would like to see case-mate offer?
Some product I would love to see from case-mate, would be a slim leather flip case for the iPhone 3G & 3GS, a plastic hard shell cover in a variety of colors in a satin finish for the new Apple MacBook unibody laptops.

Let me just say that I think your leather slyde cases are really underrated! I have one in every color, the black perforated one is so butter soft!! I Love it!! Keep up the excellent work guys and add more product. case-mate is awesome!

I am located in sunny California in the beautiful city of Visalia. I am in sales specifically in the Flooring side. (Vinyl, hardwood, etc) I also run a smartphone forum part-time as a hobby. A good way to get my tech craze everyday. I am married with a beautiful wife and two wonderful kids, In reality there probably isn’t a true day where I actually get to just sit back and relax, but what can you do that’s life nowadays.

What phone do you currently use? Love it or hate it?
I have a BlackBerry 8310 because that is what the company issues.  I really wish I had something running OS 4.6+ (A Bold, 8900, Tour, anything really) The processing speeds just don’t compare and since my work is done about 75% on my phone. You really need that extra boost.

How did you first hear about case-mate?
I heard about case-mate from my member days over at PinStack. Ever since then I have been a avid user of case-mate products. I’ve had issues with case-mate as you are quite aware of, but they have always been covered way above and beyond any other company would ever do to make sure a customer was satisfied.

What are your favorite case-mate products and why?
I LOVE the Smooth cases. They are phenomenal!! Sleek, smooth, and very durable. Nothing you would expect from a two piece snap on case. You would think after time it would get loose and not stay together. Well I have had one on my wife’s iPhone for almost two months and let me tell after two kids grabbing at the phone all day long it looks just like the day I got it.

What features do you look for in a case?
I like something smooth that won’t leave fingerprints and is very durable yet still something fashionable. Something you won’t want to replace right away because it looks tacky.

Are there any other products that you would like to see case-mate offer?
I would love to see if there are any cases for Netbooks.  I just got a Netbook and would love a snap on case like the Smooth cases that will protect it and look great as well.
