Forbes.com, Case-mate customer service and sales team

First we have Forbes.com that did a nice write up on the case-mate fuel line of cases. http://www.forbes.com/2009/08/21/iphone-blackberry-batteries-technology-personal-smartphones.html.
Nice to see some ink about case-mate.
Second, we had a customer send us a bouquet of roses thanking us for our products and service. It is an amazing feeling when customers actually feel connected to your company. I rank this as one of my finest moments in the short history of our company. To actually see our culture evolve and touch others lives on a personal level is very gratifying.

Third, our sales team landed some nice deals with a big box retailer. The best part is that our large customers are now treating us as partners and pushing us to develop amazing products!

August 20th, 2009Have an interesting proposal from a company that wants to help us completely outsource our domestic and international supply chain network.
Now thats an interesting thought! Being a supply chain and network expert myself – its hard for me to accept that someone else can do it better than myself. Time for me to give up the ego fight and see what I can learn from the experts. Next few weeks will be interesting!
