For the past 6 months we have been working really hard at improving how we interact with our customers. Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and this blog have all been a big part of that strategy. I am a firm believer that the connections we make through these channels significantly improves the customer experience people have with case-mate.
To help facilitate that conversation, I am pleased to welcome Dayna Hogan to the case-mate e-commerce team as our new community manager. Dayna joins case-mate with a strong background in writing, PR, and social media.
