Forbes.com, Case-mate customer service and sales team
What a day!
First we have Forbes.com that did a nice write up on the case-mate fuel line of cases. http://www.forbes.com/2009/08/21/iphone-blackberry-batteries-technology-personal-smartphones.html.
Nice to see some ink about case-mate.
Second, we had a customer send us a bouquet of roses thanking us for our products and service. It is an amazing feeling when customers actually feel connected to your company. I rank this as one of my finest moments in the short history of our company. To actually see our culture evolve and touch others lives on a personal level is very gratifying.

Third, our sales team landed some nice deals with a big box retailer. The best part is that our large customers are now treating us as partners and pushing us to develop amazing products!
