At our core, we are a customer centric organization. We are always listening to customer feedback to try and improve existing products and develop new products. Most of this feedback has been through e-mails, tweets, and conversations with our customers. We have never had an easy way to gauge what our greater customer base has thought of a single suggestion or piece of feedback.
